June 16, 2011 New La Touristas
I visited Malaysia (again). My main destination is of course Langkawi island. I’m so glad to find this island is still secluded after I left 2 years ago hehehehe.
That is my best effort to look good on holiday. I curl my hair in the morning with all my heart.
…and then we have to climb really far to reach seven well waterfall. My hair starts to act rebellious and going back to straight *sigh*. Anyway, the waterfall’s great. The water was so clean and soothing my mind. The only thing I dislike was the monkeys around and the public toilet.
At this point, I’m no longer had any intention to fix my hair. I was so busy hunting souvenirs at the duty-free near the jetty. Ended up with a new mini travel bag filled with 2 hersheys, 2 ferrerros, snickers, and loackers. I didn’t eat them at all coz it’s dedicated for friends and family.
Revisiting Langkawi Geopark for the cable car. It’s not foggy and misty this time but it’s still pretty.
Actually the boys (maybe except Jimmy) are afraid of heights. They had to walk reaaaally slow on the hanging bridge but they still act macho in front of the camera LOL.
We can see the beaches from above.
After the cable car, we went to Tanjung Rhu beach. Like the rest of the island, this beach’s also quiet. Nobody there except the six of us and some hotel’s employee. oya, BTW this time we rented a car to get around because I want to prevent another sunburn.
As usual, we use ferry to go back to Penang. We’re watching POTC4 and Kung fu Panda 2 at Gurney Plaza (the mall near Ronny’s place) because Indonesia movie industry’s so sucks.
I love Gurney Plaza, but there’s another place in Penang that we must visit. It’s strait quay in Tanjung Bonga area. All Penangite seems so proud of this place so I should visit too.
Actually I found that Penang and Langkawi are too quiet. Maybe I’m so accustomed with the ocean of humans in Jakarta thus I feel abnormal. I feel a bit deserted but in a good way
We drank tehtarikh everyday while we’re in malaysia hehehe
Whole building dedicated for make ups *sobs* I love sephoraaa
The last ones are pictures from KL which actually our first day visit in Malaysia. That’s our trip in Bukit Bintang. I put it in the bottom because I looked like flying sh#t after the flight. Abrupt end of post again because I feel zzzzz. ciaooo

June 6, 2011 My birthdayyyy!!
As far as I know, I’m not that nice. Sometimes mean, self-centered, cheated on exams, and so on. I know I don’t deserve it but I have the nicest friends in the world everyone hopes for! They back me up, stand by me throughout my mischievous behaviour plus provide me birthday cakes and parties through the years. I’m a one lucky bitch!
That’s my 19th birthday. We were so skinny back then hahahaha..and everybody’s still wearing cutbray jeans. I don’t have my 20-22 birthday pics but I think Panda has them. My friends threw me a 22nd birthday at Muara Angke eating seafood, 21st birthday surprise in Marcella’s house, and my 20th birthday in campus.
This one was my birthday last year. I was having a Thai fried rice dinner with Ronny and suddenly Evan, Panda, Mega, Marcella, and Lime came with a cake singing happy birthday
)) Actually they already came to my house very early in the morning to wake me up but I wasn’t at home and it was my brother who open the door LOL.
…and this is my birthday yesterday. We were swimming together at the gym before. I thought we’re just gonna have dinner together and then just before I was gonna go home, the waitress come with the cake
))) *big smile*
Fruit cakes because Mega doesn’t eat chocolate. kkkkk
Got this Jeans wedges from my sis hehehehe
Stylish gear from bf makes me wants to exercise more. I love the silver-flaming hot pink-black combination. kkkk
Thanks guysss I love u

May 30, 2011 Fountain of Youth?
I’ve just got back from KL yesterday. Stupid me picked the earliest flight in the morning. I had to run from the hotel to KL Sentral at 3 A.M in the morning. I felt like a LCCT zombie after that and monopolize the whole row seat to sleep during the flight. I left my seat for a moment because suddenly I need to go to the rest room.
When I went back to my seat, a woman has moved to one of the chair in my row. My first thought was “oh crap” and I was giving her a forced smile. A minute later I forgave her because I realized maybe she felt uncomfortable with her chairmates which don’t speak english and look unhygienic. Then she started a conversation “You’re wearing the same accessories like my daughter” – she pointed my silly bands. She added “My daughter is 16 years old and she really likes Justin Bieber. Half of her schoolmates went there. Did you go to the concert too?”. oh Wow. I started to like her. It’s less than a week to my fuckin 24th birthday and she thought I’m 16 years old beliebers. This is a one big ass good news. Attention Blackbeard and Jack Sparrow, I am the one who found the fountain of youth

May 16, 2011 Jakarta Mangrove Forest
I start to talk more and more about Jakarta in my blog. It’s not that I’m promoting Jakarta because no matter how good Jakarta in pictures, it’s just not a right place for tourism whatsoever. Don’t expect too high from this city, just enjoy it (like our governor said: enjoy Jakarta). Anyway, about a week ago Panda drag me and friends to this photo-hunting. So we went to this Mangrove Forest in North Jakarta very very early in the morning to avoid heat.
The first and second picture are Adi’s. He’s just bought his camera a few months ago but he isn’t a rookie. I like how he made my nose slightly higher. hahahaha..*totally unobjective*. The pictures below are taken by Ronny. Like always, he’s such a pro.
Is it just my hallucination or I’m really getting slimmer?
Ronny was using Mega’s 50 mm lens while Mega’s using his 17-40 mm. They switch each other’s lens because they are all using canon.
That’s mega’s artwork. She’s doing hard work editing the frame and my skin. I’m actually having freckles in my face and shoulders and she made it gone. hahahhaha..
The last one is taken by Panda. It’s actually my first pic of the day. That’s why I look a little bit sleepy. I can’t focus my eye at 7 on Sunday morning
That’s it. Abrupt end of my post because I’m gonna eat a cake in 3 minutes. Ciaooo

April 6, 2011 My 10 fave food in Jakarta
I love food and I love to eat. But don’t get me wrong. I don’t like cooking. I stopped cooking after the Korean food festival in my college. I’m so fed up because I have to cook for 400 people at that time ughh…Anyway, since then I only eat whatever that’s not cooked by me
.
The list below contains my favourite foods in Jakarta (not in order).
1. Turkey pizza from Domino’s
Geez. TURKEY meat in Jkt!! In case you don’t know, turkey is very very rare here. It’s like finding a cammel in Alaska wtf.
2.Marutama Ramen by Marutama Ramen
Actually I also like Taichan’s stamina ramen but according to people who have visited Japan, this one is more original. I love their salted egg too. The restaurant is really hard to find but I’m quite surprise it’s full of people. It’s located in Central Senayan, near Plaza Senayan. Just enter the Sogo foodhall in Plaza Senayan, walk further and further, then you will have to ask for direction. hahaha
3. Seaweed Salad by Sushi Tei
This is probably the only healthy food in my list
You should try eat this ala Aimee ~~Pour some wasabi on it
4. Fried egg noodle by King of Thai
King of Thai restaurant in Kelapa Gading makes me feel flying back to Thammasat university canteen, eating in their food court. Their fried egg noodle is almost similar. If only the price similar too, I’m gonna be really happy
5. Gandy’s steak by Gandy’s
I know there’s a lot of better steak out there, like the one using wagyu beef or the one that’s worth 300K rupiah. But I still like Gandy’s because I’ve been eating this since long time ago. I like it half done (because it’s so juicy and my inner wild side loves it)
6. Bebek Goreng by Swikee Purwodadi
Another ridiculous title. They should change name into Bebek Goreng Purwodadi cuz the fried duck was so much better than the frogs.
7. Anything from Carls Jr
Me and Junk food. inseparable.
8. Fish n chips by Glosis
This fish and chips might be nothing compared the fish and chips in Perth. But this one is the best I can find in Jakarta. I don’t like fish and chips in fish and co. By the way, I already ate half of the fish when I took this picture. I forgot to snap before eating. hehehe
9. Baked rice & Hor fun from HK café
oh God. the calories I can’t resist. I should throw my weight scale now.
10.Chocolate Pancake by Nanny’s Pavilion..or Pancious..or Brussel’s spring
They are all almost identical. In fact, I also can make pancakes too, but I prefer to buy

PS : Everything’s stated here is of course only based on my opinion. hehehe..I don’t really know what other people’s favourite.

March 28, 2011 Central Park Jakarta
Jakarta is the city of shopping malls. Despite my un-loving attitude toward this city, I’ve got to admit that the shopping malls in Jakarta beats our neighbours (not gonna mention names). Central park is just one of the latest shopping mall built in Jakarta. They have a small park in the center of the building. A lot of people taking pictures there, including us. The pictures above are from Ronny’s camera while below are from my blackberry. That’s explains the quality difference hahaha..
We had lunch in Nanny’s Pavilion. It was a western food restaurant which served pastas and desserts. Their menus quite similar with Pancious but I think their interior decoration is better than that one. hehehe…I ordered chocolate pancake and mango cocktail. I forgot what Mega and Agnes ordered but both ate pastas. After lunch, we got back taking pictures.
Pictures from Mega
Mega makes me want to have my own prewedding pics too *sob*.
And these are from Panda’s
I got a little sunburn in my shoulder after sunbathing in the park. Luckily it’s not as bad as my Langkawi sunburn *fiuh*
See yaa XOXO

March 24, 2011 Pixella’s work
I’ve become a godmother recently.hahaha..That unlucky child was Pixella–> Mega’s daughter. I mean camera
Thanks to Mega and Pixella, our New year 2011 is immortalized now. Here’s the pics
BBQ oven was broken. Microwave died and then the gas tank for the stove also broken. Thanks God Wina could fix the stove a little and Evan was so brave cooking with a stove like that. There’s no doubt Evan is the best chef among us. hahaha..He’s the one who’s always cooking for our party. It has become a tradition. He has cooked for us since the beginning of our college time. What do we do without you, Evan? *sob* Maybe we will die starving…or order some McD
Evan’s yakiniku. After hours of starvation, finally we could eat real food. (sh#t, I feel hungry now because the pic)
Panda has an obsession with potatoes. He insisted buying those potatoes, don’t know why.
There’s just too much games on the table. Monopoly, sport champion, I-Pet, WE. The guys were playing WE all night long. ckckckck
I’m so sure my body weight increasing because of these snacks. BTW the next morning duck and memel comes to the apartment too. They also brought another food kkkk..so sorry we couldn’t finish the food. Our stomach was about to explode.
We barely sleep that night. There’s firework show in front of the porch (FREE!!). That’s explains why I looked like ghost in the picture above.
Before everyone go home, we visited the swimming pool and took some picture there too. hehehe..my hair look awesome after I took a bath
I should sleep now. Ciaoo

March 8, 2011 Crazy little thing called love (First Love)
watch this trailer!
That is the movie everyone talk about right now. I’ve watched this movie yesterday with asha, duck, and cilla. Actually duck watched this movie for the second time cuz she thinks it’s so funny and entertaining. Anyway, the movie trailer says 89% people who have watched this trailer have been through the experience.
I must admit I am one of the 89% people.haishh
Walk passed just to see his face – check
Keep his things as souvenirs – check (He actually gave me something! OMG! )
Call him just to hear his voice – check
Does everything to become beautiful – check
Plus I think I also had the same haircut like Nam zillion years ago. That particular haircut is a total disaster cuz I remember I had to wait for 1 or 2 years to make a change. Bah. That’s explains my love life failure in the past. kkkk..OK enough about me. My heart feels stabbed already.
Lesson from the movie :
1. No girl is ugly or pretty. It’s just haircut and makeup.
2. Dreams might come true
3. Some people changes but some don’t

February 28, 2011 Sunday Morning
Yesterday, friends from work invited me to go photo hunting at old city. I was reluctant to wake up in the morning at first, hehehe..but because we’ve never gone hunting before, I drag myself out of bed. I didn’t wear a proper wardrobe because I stayed in my friend’s house the night before and I didn’t bring dress or something like that. So please do not badmouthing my comfy t-shirt
kkkk BTW I will only post photos of me because I haven’t ask permission to post my friends photos here..and also because I’m self centered. hehehehe..
a really really rare picture of me. My left side! I’m acting like Mariah Carey for years. I avoid people taking picture of my left side
I never thought I’m gonna like it.
Usually I dislike pictures of me from left side because err..it makes my cheekbones more obvious and my chin so pointy a la failed Devon Aoki. But, those pictures above are exceptions. Maybe because the light, maybe the lens, or the camera, I don’t know why but I like it.
We were taking photos inside this abandoned building. There were so many groups yesterday. We also met a couple doing their pre-wedding photo session there with their wedding gown and tuxedo~~OMG I can’t imagine how they feel about this place. I mean, there’s no aircon inside the building and it’s extremely dusty + dirty. Wearing wedding outfits in this place for more than 10 minutes can be categorized as a sacrifice!!
I kinda like the glass behind me :p. That’s so collonial and romantic. if only it’s clean, it must be really nice.
At last, we’re going to the attic. There are a few holes in the roof , so the sun light can shine the room a little. The attic makes my nose sneezing actually :p After 2 hours, the photo hunting is finished and we continue our sunday activity
